Delete your Ripe account
You can delete your account and data at any time.
Fastest way: in the app
- Open Ripe and tap Me.
- Tap Settings, then Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you're signed out.
No longer have the app?
Fill in the form below using the email address on your account. We'll email you to confirm it's really you, then delete your account within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, name, email, phone number and login
- Your stall, logo, listings, photos and videos (for sellers)
- Your follows, Buy Again list, saved settings and notification tokens
What we may keep
- Basic transaction records and reports or safety records about rule breaches, where the law requires it or to keep the community safe. These are kept for up to 7 years and then deleted.
- Messages you sent to other users may still be visible to them.
Everything else is removed from our systems and backups within 30 days. See our privacy policy for details.
